Reiki is an intelligent Universal Life Force Energy that is all-knowing, all-loving, all-healing, all-that is; it is everywhere all the time, at our fingertips.
Reiki energy connects our higher self with everything around us and to what we need.
It is magic.
A centuries old Ancient Japanese healing art and energy therapy based on the principle that everything in the universe consists of energy that flows around and through living beings {source}.
Reiki healing sessions help to bring balance back into mindbody on a soul/ spirit/ physical/emotional/mental/cellular level; releasing all that does not serve mindbody, raising the bodies vibration and in-turn its innate ability to heal itself. The energy will go where it is needed and in the most perfect divine sequential order for the recipient’s highest and greatest good; healing/balancing/re-calibrating all that is needed.
Reiki will continue to do its work days, weeks, months after a healing session.

Reiki is a healing system and an effective way to help entities increase awareness, insight, wisdom and personal growth {source}. It has been known to assist in the processing/healing/recovery/management of stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, behavioral changes, emotional/physical blockages, and much much more.
However, it is not a replacement for professional medical care and consult, yet a powerful complimentary tool.
| Fun Fact: Reiki may be performed for humans and (all) animals! In fact, animals are much more receptive to Reiki energy as they do not harbor a bias, analytical, critical mind. They just are. With that said, it’s always very important to get permission from a potential Reiki recipient before performing a Reiki session- this Code of Ethic extends to animals too! Contrary to some belief, animals have preferences and opinions just as we do! We must give them respect, agency and choice.
It is important to note, the "healing" aspect of Reiki isn’t a notion of “fixing”, it is a harmonizing and balancing of the body and its energy systems, to help place bodymind back into homeostasis where it is meant to be and the greatest healing can occur.
| A Sensitive Note: Reiki is powerful and it has the ability to heal and change your life in the most positive of ways, however it’s important to state, it does not have the ability to stop the physical death of a body. This is because all life has free will/free choice. If a human or non-human animal has chosen to depart their physical body here on Earth nothing can halt that. Reiki can however aid in the transition; creating a safe space full of love, grace, calm, and security; allowing mindbody to relax, raising the body’s vibration, bringing consciousness into a higher state, expanding awareness and perspective. Allowing for a peaceful loving understood transition from Body to Spirit.
Reiki is available to everyone at any time, however, Reiki Practitioners/Masters receive Attunements from their Reiki Master; a powerful ceremony to help our bodymind clear dissonant personal energy so we become clear conduits/channels of Reiki. Attunements align the bodymind in a way that increases the flow of Reiki energy significantly, and it enhances ones intuitive channels/abilities.
When an attuned Reiki Practitioner performs a healing session, the energy that emanates from our hands produce 7Hz-10Hz – Theta and Alpha range — frequencies associated with physical healing. A significantly larger bio mag-netic reading than a non-practitioner.
Crystal Reiki Healing harnesses the power of crystal energy and amplifies the power of Reiki.
Crystals can be placed on or around specific and intentional areas of the body to harness the power of that crystal to accelerate / amplify the healing of a specific area of the bodymind or overall wellness.
For remote sessions crystals are placed on a photo or surrogate (ie. human or stuffed animal).
